Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You are strictly responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. MasMod is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account. Sharing or distributing access credentials to third parties is strictly prohibited.

2. Use of Services and Virtual Labs

MasMod provides access to cybersecurity training, open source utility tools, downloadable resources, and virtual lab environments ("MasMod Original LABS") strictly for educational and professional development purposes.

Prohibited Conduct (Acceptable Use Policy): You strictly agree NOT to:

  • Use any techniques, tools, or knowledge gained from MasMod to conduct unauthorized security assessments, penetration testing, or cyberattacks against any external networks, systems, or entities.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code into our community forums or shared lab infrastructure.
  • Disrupt, overwhelm, or attempt to compromise the integrity of the MasMod platform or its hosting infrastructure.
  • Share, sell, or distribute access to your account or our proprietary lab environments.
  • Type primary account numbers (PAN) or credit card details directly into unauthorized forms or communication mediums.

3. Community Forums and User Content

Our interactive community boards are designed for networking, peer support, and sharing threat intelligence.

You retain ownership of any content you post, but you grant MasMod a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform.

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, edit, or remove any user content that violates these Terms, is offensive, or promotes illegal activities.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the MasMod platform including video lectures, course materials, lab designs, vouchers, documentation, source code, branding, logos, graphics, and text is the exclusive intellectual property of MasMod or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, resell, mirror, or create derivative works from our materials without explicit written consent.

5. Payments, Installments, Delivery, and Refunds

Payment Processing: Access to premium certifications and advanced labs requires payment of specified fees. All credit and debit card transactions (Visa and Mastercard) are processed securely via validated, PCI DSS-compliant third-party service providers (Middle East Payment Services) utilizing TLS 1.2+ encryption. MasMod does not store raw cardholder data on its systems.

Installment Plan Terms:

  • If selected, you may cancel your 4-installment plan prior to the charge date of an upcoming installment.
  • Canceling stops future scheduled payments, but previous installment payments are strictly non-refundable.
  • Upon canceling future payments, course and lab access will terminate at the end of the current paid installment period.
  • If an automatic installment payment fails, a 3-day grace period is provided to update payment details. If unpaid after 3 days, access to courses, labs, and certificates will be suspended. Continued failure to settle installments may result in permanent revocation of access and referral of the balance for recovery.

6. Digital Delivery & SLA

All product deliveries are conducted electronically via instant automated provisioning or portal access. Digital course access is delivered via email or portal immediately; labs activate instantly; exam vouchers are issued within 30 days, and digital certificates are issued within 30 days of course completion.

7. Refund Policy

Non-Delivery Guarantee: Refunds are strictly issued only in the event that access to purchased course content, credentials, or lab environments is not provided, fulfilled, or delivered to the user within the agreed timeframe.

All Sales Final: Once course access details or digital materials have been delivered, all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Exclusions: Change of mind, lack of personal usage, or failure to complete the course materials do not qualify for a refund. Non-delivery claims must be submitted to info@masmod.com or +962777779037 within 30 days of purchase and are verified against automated server delivery logs.

Merchandise

MASMOD does not currently sell physical merchandise. All products and services are delivered digitally. Custom printed merchandise may be ordered on demand and is fulfilled and shipped by third-party providers. MASMOD does not directly manufacture, stock, or manage physical merchandise.

Delivery Policy & Method

  • Student Dashboard Access: Once enrolled, all active courses, downloadable resources, and virtual lab environments become accessible directly through the user's personal MASMOD Account Dashboard (https://masmod.com/login).
  • Exam & Certification Delivery: Certification exam vouchers, completion certificates, and digital badges are issued electronically within the user portal upon fulfilling course requirements.

2. Delivery Timeline & SLA

  • Online Courses & Modules: Delivered automatically via email and portal.
  • Virtual Lab Environments: Delivered via self-service portal activation upon workspace creation.
  • Certification Exam Vouchers: Delivered via email or dashboard within up to 30 days.
  • Digital Certificates & Badges: Issued via downloadable PDF or verifiable link within 30 days of course completion.

Detailed Refund Policy

Section 1 - Scope of Service & Access

Upon completing a successful payment, MASMOD grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and view the purchased course materials. Access details are generated electronically and dispatched via email or provided directly through our customer portal.

Section 2 - Course Refund Policy

Non-Delivery Refund Guarantee: Refunds are strictly issued only in the event that access to the purchased course content is not provided, fulfilled, or delivered to the user within the agreed-upon timeframe.

All Sales Final: Once course access details or materials have been delivered to the customer, all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Exclusions: Change of mind, lack of personal usage, or failure to complete the course materials do not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.

Section 3 - Verification Procedures & Fraud Prevention

All delivery attempts, access link dispatches, and portal login activities are recorded in automated system server logs. In the event of a non-delivery claim or payment chargeback, MASMOD reserves the right to present system audit logs to financial institutions and payment gateways to verify successful access fulfillment. Creating fraudulent claims or initiating false chargebacks after course credentials have been successfully delivered constitutes a breach of service and will result in immediate termination of account access.

Cancellation Policy

One-Time Course Cancellations

Because access to digital course content, labs, and downloadable assets is provisioned upon payment, orders cannot be canceled once access details have been dispatched.

  • Pre-Fulfillment: Cancellation is only permitted if requested before course credentials or access emails are generated and sent.
  • Post-Fulfillment: Once login credentials or digital access links have been issued, the sale is finalized and non-cancelable.

Installment Cancellations

  • Flexible Installment Cancellations: You may cancel your 4-installment plan at any time prior to the charge date of an upcoming installment.
  • No Prorated Refunds: Canceling an active plan stops all future scheduled payments, but previous installment payments are strictly non-refundable and non-prorated.
  • Access Revocation: Upon canceling future payments, your course access, lab environments, and certificate processing will be terminated at the end of the current paid installment period.
  • Failed Payments & Access Suspension: If an automatic installment payment fails, a 3-day grace period is provided to update payment details. If unpaid after 3 days, course access, lab environments, and certificate processing will be immediately suspended until all past-due balances are cleared.
